For International Women's Day 2021, celebrity Masterchef Christine Ha, Team USA's Mallory Weggemann, and many more DEIA changemakers join together to flip the script on how society views women, and disability.

(IMPACT)

Through the connections and networks of the campaign participants, Eone was able to strengthen its brand image and value, opening up new opportunities and partnership conversations. The campaign reached ~20,000 views and Christine Ha's anthem video went on to win the 2022 Silver Telly Award in the DEI category. Click link at bottom of page to watch full film.

(VISION & INNOVATION)

With diversity and inclusion being a the core pillar of business and brand at Eone, we wanted to celebrate International Women's Day by spotlighting incredible individuals who are often overlooked due to their 'disability'. With a roster of gold medal Olympians, athletes, dancers, and a critically acclaimed chef, I wanted to change how society saw disability.

(CHALLENGES)

With such a breadth of talent spread across multiple cities and states, coordinating filming and key messaging was vital but challenging. I created the overarching campaign theme 'How You See Me' as a nod and play on our company's relationship with blindness and low vision. Jay Snyder and co-producer Mallory Weggemann worked tirelessly to bring the puzzle pieces together.

(PROBLEMS)

There were initial concerns on whether our own campaign theme would clash with that written out by the UN. However, through design thinking and bringing our community into the planning and feedback loop, we felt confident that the theme was true to the brand and respectful to the international observance.
