Beyond the product, it was vital we highlight the importance of people within the Eone community - to help share their impact stories, and provide inspiration to those who might be on their sight loss journey.
(IMPACT)
Through the community Spotlight, I was able to connect with incredible individuals across the globe who helped further advocate for Eone, provide valuable insights and learnings, and connected us to even more incredible individuals. These individuals created additional touch points for the brand to interact with their circles.
(VISION & INNOVATION)
The ideation of the Community Spotlight came from connecting and speaking with our existing community members. Through these sessions I met incredible individuals, one of them being Ming - an ex-legal turn freelance copywriter who happened to be low vision. Ming and I worked together to craft the voice of the brand, and she became our writer and interviewer through which the Community Spotlightees could share their stories.
(CHALLENGES)
Finding our cadence and publishing schedule at first proved challenging as we hadn't built a large enough pipeline of individuals to interview. This proved a relatively minor problem as we quickly found many people were receptive to us asking for their stories.
